In the second quarter of 2025, the sports app landscape on Android in Latin America showcased significant activity. Here’s a look at the performance of the top five sports apps, with data provided by Sensor Tower.

EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile Soccer from ELECTRONIC ARTS experienced a strong quarter. Weekly downloads consistently hovered around the 500K mark, peaking at 557K in late April. Revenue saw a notable increase, starting at approximately $207K and reaching a high of $491K in mid-June. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 6.7M to nearly 8M by the end of June.

eFootball™ by KONAMI maintained a steady pace. Weekly downloads increased from 129K to over 207K by the end of the quarter. Revenue rose steadily, starting at $190K and climbing to $319K. The app also saw a rise in active users, from 2.7M to 3.5M by the end of June.

8 Ball Pool, published by Miniclip.com, saw a decline in both downloads and active users. Downloads dropped from 526K to 349K, and active users decreased from 7.1M to 4.4M. Revenue reflected a downward trend, starting at $105K and ending at $76K.
